These terms apply to the Orchid Research learning website. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Disclosures and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Questions can be sent to hello@orchidresearch.in.

Education and scope

We provide general education and reviewed informational updates. We do not offer personalized financial advice, securities recommendations, research reports, trading signals or portfolio management through this website. A course, example, quiz or update is not an instruction to transact. No registration or approval by SEBI is claimed.

Use of the materials

You may read and use the materials for your own learning. Do not resell restricted content, impersonate us, misuse private access credentials, interfere with the service or submit unlawful material. Rights in third-party content remain with its owners. Reasonable quotations and uses permitted by law are not restricted by these terms.

Risk and accuracy

Markets involve risk, including loss of capital. Examples and historical performance do not guarantee future outcomes. We aim to correct errors, but content may be incomplete or become outdated. We do not promise that the site is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular financial decision. Please report errors through our contact page.

Courses and third-party services

The free learning site does not currently accept course payments or financial-product applications. External mobile apps and hosting platforms can have their own accounts, paid features, providers and terms; review those before signing up or paying. Any future paid course must clearly state the provider, syllabus, format, duration, access terms, total price including applicable taxes and charges, cancellation and refund terms, and support contact before purchase. If a course is hosted by another provider, its identified terms also apply; this does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Partner services and referral commissions

The Open Demat Account and Explore mutual funds links lead to external financial service providers. Orchid Research may earn referral commissions when you use partner links. These providers operate their own services and set their fees, eligibility, product risks, account terms and privacy practices. Review those independently before proceeding. A link is not a promise of returns, regulatory approval or suitability for you. Referral compensation may create a conflict of interest; you are free to choose another provider.

External resources are provided for context. Linking does not imply regulatory approval, endorsement or a guarantee about the external service. Sponsorships or commercial links, if introduced, must be clearly identified where they appear.

Changes and responsibility

We may update content and these terms. Changes will be dated here. Any liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away statutory consumer rights, remedies or access to competent authorities.

Contact requests, tickets and communication preferences

By submitting a callback request or support ticket, you ask Orchid Research to process the details you provide and contact you about that specific request through the supplied contact details. Required fields are identified; email and gender on the callback form are optional. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, financial account credentials or sensitive identity documents.

Agreement is not blanket permission for advertising or unrelated promotional calls or messages. Nothing in this website or its terms overrides applicable DND/NCPR preferences, telecom requirements, privacy obligations or mandatory consumer rights. Where a communication requires separately obtained and properly registered or verified consent, applicable sender registration, templates or preference checks, those requirements must be met before it is sent. A website checkbox alone is not a claim that those operational requirements have been completed.

You can ask us to stop further enquiry-related contact, correct your details or request deletion by emailing hello@orchidresearch.in with the subject “Privacy request” or replying to the relevant correspondence. We may retain information where necessary to handle an unresolved request or meet applicable legal obligations; we will explain any limit that applies to a request. Contacting support does not require opting into unrelated marketing.

Indian law and complaints

These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. You may contact hello@orchidresearch.in about a complaint. Nothing here requires exclusive recourse to a private process or prevents approaching a consumer commission, court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
